Can you plaster over wallpaper?
You cannot plaster over wallpaper or wallpaper paste these should be scraped off then the surface cleaned with sugar soap prior to applying pva then plaster.
When can I paint my plaster?
It varies with different conditions and backgrounds. Allow the plaster to turn pink before painting. Approx 7 days drying time.
How should I paint my plaster?
When painting fresh plaster you must ensure that the first coat is watered down to kill the suction.
How thick is a skim coat?
Aprox 2-4mm and is applied in 2 coats wet on wet to achieve a paintable finish.
